Coventry Health Plan HMO Family Discount

Coventry will reduce the Applicant and Spouse premium 5% and dependent children premium 7.5%
Requirement :
the client simply needs to enroll as a family with two or more members

Coventry Health Plan HMO Preferred Discount

Requirements :
Applicant must be in good health and meet the underwriting requirements will be elegible for a 10% premium discount. The applicant also have to proof continuous insurance coverage with no gap for more than 63 day prior to the effective day.
